Mentoring 2.0

The search for a career path is a challenge that each of us must face. Young people from orphanages, however, have many more problems with this. Lack of role models among relatives, unfamiliarity with the labor market and a sense of exclusion means that they often take on jobs far below their potential.

Together with your company, we can help find a dream career path for young people from orphanages!

Mentoring 2.0 is a meeting at the headquarters of companies, where we focus on practice. We give a group of young people the opportunity to “get a taste” of work in various positions and a chance to put young people in contact with people with more professional experience.

Your company, the career stories of your employees, as well as the tasks that the Mentoring 2.0 participants will face, can become an inspiration for young people in planning their future and certainly an unforgettable experience.

The formula of each Mentoring 2.0 meeting is slightly different – we care about the flexibility of cooperation with Partners. However, a few points remain the same:

  1. meeting with employees and/or management card of the company, during which the young people get to know their professional stories and the specifics of the company;
  2. practical tasks – an opportunity to work on a given position – performing tasks prepared by employees;
  3. refreshments and a summary of the meeting.

So far, meetings have been held at such companies as Sixt, Hays, ISS Facility Services, PwC, Novartis, Orange Polska, TUZ Ubezpieczenia, Microsoft. We are preparing for more visits, and who knows, maybe in some time we will visit you as well?
