At the Foundation, he is responsible for the development and full use of IT tools to support statutory activities. He participates in the daily work of the Foundation, supports the optimisation of internal processes and is involved in the development and maintenance of relations with the Foundation’s partners. A graduate of Kielce University of Technology, he completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics and completed numerous training courses in business, including at INSEAD in Fontainebleau in France.
He is an electrical engineer by education – graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in 1988. Between 1988 and 2001 he worked in the USA and Canada. After returning to Poland in 1992 he started his career in the Polish IT industry. From 1994 to 2006 he worked for Hewlett-Packard Poland, where he served as President of the Management Board for the last eight years. In 2006, he moved to Oracle, where he was President of the Management Board of Oracle Poland and held regional management positions.
In September 2013, he became Vice President of Asseco Poland SA. He led the consolidation process of the Polish companies of the Asseco Group and since January 2016 he has been the President of the resulting company – Asseco Data Systems SA. Andrzej Dopierała is responsible within the Asseco Group for, among others, business with the Defense Sector, with Local Governments, Universities, Cyber Security, Cloud Services and Electronic Signature. He lives in Warsaw, married and has three grown-up children.
She has over 30 years of experience working in a professional services environment.Olga, who is originally from Poland and educated in the UK, built her career as a consultant and leader in professional services delivery in the Corporate Finance department of PwC in the UK. She joined the Corporate Finance team at Coopers & Lybrand’s (later PwC) London office in 1991. From 1999 to 2004 she was a partner in the Corporate Finance department of the UK firm, where she worked on a number of private/public sector collaborative projects for clients in the infrastructure, energy and public sectors. Olga has spent the last 14 years working with clients and developing PwC’s business in Central and Eastern Europe, achieving the position of CEO of PwC in Central and Eastern Europe, responsible for 29 countries, 300 partners and 12,000 employees.As part of this role, she was a member of the PwC Strategic Council, which includes 20 top leaders of the PwC network.After a four-year term, Olga is currently on sabbatical, pursuing her passion for promoting responsible leadership.
After graduating from the Institute of Computer Science at the Warsaw University of Technology, he remained at the university as a research and didactic employee for another two years. From the Institute he went directly to IBM Polska. Already during his career, he completed journalism studies at Warsaw University and an MBA at Henley Management College. For twenty years he has been involved in the IT market in Poland. Initially as an engineer, then as a sales specialist, sales director and market development specialist. Currently, he manages IBM Poland’s activity in the Health Sector. His daily duties include searching for innovative projects in the field of e-Health.
She works in local government administration, which she has been involved with for over 20 years. At the same time, she carries out projects promoting proper nutrition of children and young people. Member of the Committee on Human Nutrition of the Polish Academy of Sciences. For many years involved in the activities of non-governmental organizations. Graduate of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Warsaw School of Economics.
A graduate in International Trade from the Poznań University of Economics with 20 years of experience working in corporate banking at banks: BZWBK/Allied Irish Bank, DNB Nord, ABN Amro and Royal Bank of Scotland. Currently Deputy Director of Caixabank Branch in Poland managing the bank’s corporate banking team.
In addition to her business activities, she is active in social activities in the area of diversity, counteracting exclusion and helping children.

An educator, a long-term employee of a foster home and the District Complex of Care and Education Centres. For most of her professional life, she has been helping young people from foster care to become independent. She took part in a sheltered housing project in Warsaw and in the work of an expert team developing a model of support for foster care leavers becoming independent in Łódź. She took part in a project of the Psychoprophylactic Society on becoming independent through a therapeutic method. She holds a Family Assistant Certificate and a Tutor Certificate.
Coach, trainer, author of the programme “Know your strengths”, conducts workshops for young people. She is a certified facilitator. She worked as a specialist in an educational publishing house, organising courses, workshops and lectures for teachers. She cooperated as a lecturer with the University of Warsaw and Bogdan Jański School of Higher Education. She enjoys discovering with young people their strengths and opportunities for development. In her free time, she likes to travel and hike in the mountains.

All the time develops her competences through postgraduate studies, training and courses. She likes to spend her free time with her family or with a good book. She likes to travel. Working with young people is not only her duty, but also her passion.

He completed two pedagogical studies at the University of Łódź. During his studies he co-created a project called “Masz prawo się bać” (You have the right to be afraid) addressed to the pupils of the Youth Sociotherapy Centre and alcoholics, who live in fear for their future every day. Immediately after graduation he started working at the Children’s Home, where he worked for almost seven years. Helping young people is the meaning of his life.

She graduated with a master’s degree in childhood pedagogy and a postgraduate degree in human resource management. Professionally, in addition to her involvement in the Foundation’s activities, she is involved in the management of a childcare center for children under 3. Working in an orphanage allowed her to discover a passion for supporting young people. Privately, she realizes herself by creating decorating projects and working on creating and taking care of her own garden.
By profession, she is a special educator (oligophrenopedagogue, tyflopedagogue). For 18 years, she has managed a childcare center for children under 3. She gained professional experience working at a Special School, a Home for Young Children and a Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired. Privately, she is a lover of animals and active recreation, especially running and horseback riding.
For many years, she has been an orphanage educator and a physical education and day care center teacher.
Her priority in life is clearly outlined goals, which she strives to achieve. She firmly believes that commitment and timely quality work is the key to achieving real change in the world, as well as in the lives of the Foundation’s charges. In life, she is guided by a maxim taken from the adventures of the Little Prince: “One sees well only with the heart, the most important is invisible to the eyes.”
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy with a specialization in re-socialization with social prevention and crime prevention, and a bachelor’s degree in pedagogy with a specialization in pedagogical diagnosis and therapy. She began her professional career immediately after completing her bachelor’s degree as an educator at an orphanage. Currently, in addition to her role as an independence assistant at the Foundation, she works as a day care center teacher. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and reading crime literature.
Graduate of Portuguese philology at the University of Warsaw. She did her graduate internship at a Portuguese NGO, where she had the opportunity to work as a volunteer and gain experience in educational and cultural activities for the local community. In the past, she also contributed to various student projects and worked as a Portuguese language teacher. She is passionate about foreign languages and Portuguese culture. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, playing the ukulele, reading books, going to the theater and walking. She believes thatculinary tourism is the best and most enjoyable way to explore new corners of the world.
Graduate of the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw, majoring in Resocialization Pedagogy with Social Prevention. She took her first professional steps in a kindergarten as a support teacher for children on the autism spectrum. She currently works at Foundation as an independence assistant for the younger group. She is interested in the knowledge of psychotherapy, psychology and re-socialization. In the future, she would like to complete a school of psychotherapy. She spends her free time reading books, cooking and listening to podcasts.
She graduated with a degree in Special Pedagogy with Resocialization from the Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw. She has completed numerous courses, including: “Addictions and behavioral problems” ending with a certificate, as well as “Alexander Technique”. She gathered experience as a camp supervisor and animator. She is currently working at the Foundation as an independence assistant for the younger group.
In her free time, she is interested in music, theater and cinema. Her attention is drawn to fashion design and watching most of the top designers’ shows. In her spare time, she sinks into writing a book. Her latest hobby is research on empathy.
Graduated in Pedagogy, Social Prevention and Social Rehabilitation, National Security and Suicidology. She gained experience working with children in orphanages and foster care centers. Currently, she works as a court social probation officer and at the Youth Sociotherapy Center and Youth Education Center. At the Foundation, she serves as an empowerment assistant for the 18+ group.
She loves animals and sports. She is passionate about martial arts and trains muay thai in her free time.
Graduate of Maria Grzegorzewska Academy of Special Education in Warsaw on the faculty of special pedagogy – re-socialization with family support (master’s degree) and postgraduate studies – professional counseling. She gained her professional experience in non-governmental organizations dealing with vocational activation of people with disabilities. At the Foundation, as a career counselor, she supports her charges in choosing the right further educational and professional path.
In her free time she travels around the country and practices yoga. She loves motoring and animals and is interested in dog therapy.

She also graduated from Coaching at Pedagogium. She gained pedagogical, psychological, intervention and therapeutic experience in working with youth and adults during numerous internships, workshops and trainings, as well as working in foundations and educational institutions. She has led youth groups and workshops for parents and teachers. She has supported teenagers in identity crises.
